INVESTMENT

The case for Antas.

GOOD QUESTIONS

The questions buyers actually ask.

Straight answers on price, paperwork, and whether it's really getting built.

  • Thirteen of the thirty-two homes in Tower 1 remain — more than half are already sold. Tower 1 is the first phase; Towers 2 and 3 will follow at higher prices.

  • Under construction and well advanced: work began in February 2024, the structure and natural-stone façade are complete, the tower crane is down, and interior fit-out is underway across every floor. A finished show flat is ready to visit.

  • Completion is targeted for 2027. You buy through a CPCV promissory contract with staged payments, completing on the final deed — and since the building is already finished to interior-fit-out stage, you're buying a near-complete home, not a drawing.

  • Architecture by Porto studio Sofia Granjo; construction by Prodescon, an Iberian builder active across north-west Iberia. The development is fully licensed by the Câmara Municipal do Porto.

  • Beyond the price, budget roughly 8.3% in one-off purchase tax (IMT + stamp duty), plus notary and legal fees — with two paths to reclaim part of it.Buying & tax

  • No — buying property grants neither. If you're relocating, residency comes through income-based routes like the D7 or D8 visas, not the purchase.Buying & tax
